About Daily Justice
Daily Justice is an independent newsroom covering Nigerian politics, the courts, public institutions and the uses of power.
Our work is built around a simple test: does this story help a reader understand who decided what, on what authority, and with what consequence. We pay particular attention to court records, official filings, investigative documents and the gap between what officials say and what the record shows.
The site publishes at dailyjusticengr.com. Our public tagline is Justice in Every Story.
What we cover
- Politics and elections
- Courts, police, anti-corruption agencies and the justice system
- Accountability, public records and official conduct
- Business, education and national affairs where they meet public power
- Selected international stories that affect Nigeria
We also publish signed editorials and analysis. Those pieces are labelled as opinion. They are not news reports.
How we work
Daily Justice is a digital publisher. We report from public records, official statements, court documents, on-the-record interviews and, where necessary, named sources. We do not present rumour as fact. Where a claim is unverified, we say so in the story.
We are independent of any political party, candidate or government. Advertisers, donors and partners do not decide what we publish or how we frame a story.
Ownership and leadership
Daily Justice is published by Daily Justice Media.
